While visiting my friend Alex who lives in the middle of nowhere in northern Moore County, NC, we heard about some bluegrass bands that play on tuesday nights. I didn't know what to expect, and definitely didn't expect to be taken to the back of a pottery shop to see a full stage with longtime bluegrass players doing what they do best, complete with clog dancers and a potluck dinner. Now thats old time NC for ya. |
